1. Services Agreement

Webcares provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and other online marketing solutions. All services are provided based on the requirements discussed and mutually agreed upon.

2. No Refund Policy

Any amount paid to Webcares is strictly non-refundable.

Once a payment is made towards any service, package, advance, or project, it will not be refunded under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to change of mind, project delay, dissatisfaction, or cancellation by the client.

3. Quotation & Additional Charges Policy

Any quotation shared by Webcares—whether through phone call, WhatsApp chat, messages, email (Gmail), or any other communication channel—will be considered final for the scope of work mentioned.

• The charges mentioned in the quotation apply only to the services clearly specified.
• If the client requests any additional work, features, revisions, or services beyond the agreed quotation, extra charges will apply.
• Additional work will be started only after mutual confirmation and approval of the revised cost.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Delays in payment may result in pause or termination of services.
• Webcares reserves the right to revise pricing for new or extended services.

5. Communication & Approvals

All approvals, confirmations, and instructions provided by the client via call, WhatsApp, message, or email will be considered valid and binding.

6. Limitation of Liability

Webcares will not be held responsible for business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Changes to Terms

Webcares reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
